When Nike introduced the Shox R4 in 2001 it was hailed as a technological marvel and instantly became a cult classic, and now they're back again with the Shox R4 QS "Natural/Metallic Silver". While the Shox columns are usually the centerpiece of the classic silhouette, here the upper takes center stage with a full cracked leather build- giving the shoe an antique and statuesque appearance. Any swoosh branding has been chipped away, leaving only the silver tongue badge and embroidered heel branding. Tonal laces and lining and milky Shox columns in the heel keep the look sporty. Perf detailing on the leather toe cap and heel wrap, reflective details, "BOING" stamped on the insoles, and a gum rubber outsole complete the design.
