Returns & Exchanges

Lapstone & Hammer accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and original condition merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that limited release items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original tags, packaging, and extra laces are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the condition of your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
